Patch Roulette and Super Chatroulette let you do just what the title says, watch multiple Chatroulette cams at the same time.
I was partial to Patch Roulette upon starting this post, but I just saw that Super Chatroulette has had a redesign since I last visited, looking good to.
Update: Just found a third service that offers viewing multiple Chatroulette cams, Crazy Chatroulette. Page is a little overloaded with junk though.
