CamToya is a French site like CR, there's only one reason I'm adding it to the list, it has a feature that sets it apart from most Chatroulette alternatives.
CamToya is very very slow for me, as a result I've spent little time on it, the one feature I find interesting is you can have a random 4 way video chat with people.
Pretty nifty if it weren't so slow.
